Question: What is the quickest way to lose 15 pounds in about 5 weeks!?
I am going to Costa Rica in June!. I want to look smoking in my new swimsuit!. I looked good (i thought) last year but I want to look better this year!. Any tips on how to burn waist and hip fat fast!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mmm, it's gonna be really tough to lose that kind of weight safely in that time!. You should eat at least 1200 calories a day, make sure you get plenty of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and water, also make sure you get adequate carbs, protien, and fat (yes, fat! Your body does need small amounts of fat every day!.)!. Work out at least 30 minutes a day, 4 or 5 times a week with a balance of strength training and cardio!. Also: DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER! Especially the week before your vacation; avoid anything with caffeine during that week and drink water so you won't be bloated at all, that will help you look even slimmer!.

Cut completely back on sugar!. If you cut out soda, most people can lose 5 - 10 pounds in a week or so!. That also means no other types of sugary drinks, either!.

Try to eat things that are grilled, instead of fried!. And eat whole foods, like fruits and veggies!.
