Question: I have prom coming up in 4 weeks and I want to lose 5-10 pounds!.!?
Is this possible I weigh 128 pounds and I am 5'5" and 18 years old can I lose 5-10 pounds in 4 weeks!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i swear to god this works!.!.!.i had the same problem i went to winter and my dress was really tight so i did this!.!.!.and i lost some weight and my stomach looked nice and i fit really good!.!.!. i also now have a trainer and this is waht he tells me to do!.!.!.trust me this works! and its not that bad of a workout if ur lazy

- 50 situps, and 50 opposit situps (where u lie on ur back in situp position and bring ur legs up instead of ur upper body)

-planks for 1min hold (do 5)

- 10 side planks (3 sets each side)

- go for a mile run or a jog around ur neighborhood

(if u dont feel satisfied do more situps)

*do this everyday* or if u want results faster do 2-3 times a day*

Day 1:
