Question: PLEASEE HELP easy diet question!?!?!?!?
if i eat healthy and exercise at least 3 miles a day and dont slack off from now until the end of the summer how much weight would i lose about!?

im 15, 120 lbs, 5 feet, im used to running alot, um yea!. iv just got extra flab around my stomach/thighs

First, I will answer your question before I offer suggstions!. If you workout for 3 miles a day and diet for several months, you'll probably lose between 10-15 pounds!. That's only because you don't weigh that much, and bodies with low weights take a long time to burn fat!. My suggestion is that you're way too young to workout this much and diet so early!. Give your body a chance to grow and develop!. Working out too early may cause your body to grow at a slow rate!. If you have flab, its great to exercise and omit junk food, but your regime seems way too harsh for your age and bodyweight!. Exercise for a few hours several days out of the week!. On the other days, do things like sit-ups and other muscle toning workouts as opposed to running like crazy!. YOU'RE WAY TOO YOUNG TO WORRY ABOUT THIS!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it will do what you want but you dont need to do 3 miles a day 1 mile a day will work!.!.!.!.and you can slack say saturday and sunday days off!.!.!.also if its for your thighs each night befor bed do like 30 squats along with your running it will tone them up a bitWww@Answer-Health@Com
