Question: I want abs and a 6pack but dont know which exercise is right!?
I just started going to the gym but i dont seem to know what to do! Im 5'5" and 125lbs!. I want to get toned up and even get a six-pack but how can i get that without killikn myself at the gym every single day!?!?!? any help!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

in order to achieve a six pack you do not have to go kill you self every day at the gym!. three times a week on alternate days will do!. but be sure to eat healthy and do cardio and strength train!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

killing yourself at the gym everyday isn't going to get you a six pack :] Exercising every 3 or so days is best!. Also, just going to the gym is not going to guarantee it, so you need a good diet too!. Good luck! :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
