Question: Hey, weight loss help!. I eat alot alot ALOT!?
Okay so first of all thanks for listening to my question, but anyway i need help with losing weight!. I've made alot of changes in my diet in the past year!. To start with i was 125 pounds but then i went to a nutricionist and then became a vegan and now im 116 pounds!. I don't eat dairy, meat, anything that has yeast, no sugar, no desserts and nothing that is a perservative!. I'm 5'2, 116 pounds!. I want to go down to go down to 112 pounds!. The thing is I eat soooo much like omg im always eating!. THe thing is its obviously all healthy because I don't eat those things I told you!. When i make steamed veggies I always pile on olive oil!. I snack on that, brown rice, pineapple, green apples, and nuts sometimes!.

What are some like even healthy foods that will make you gain weight and what will i lose weight from!?

anything to help me get to my goal!?

pineapple juice helps to lose weight
and i think that bananas can make you gain weight even though they are a healthy fruit because it has a lot of fat in it
green tea will help you to lose weight - it speeds up the metabolism and it helps to flush out the nasty stuff ( i am so technical, lol) from your body!.

but can you not just up the amount of exercise you do because you have described a very healthy diet so there's no real need to change it!.

Call me crazy, but it doesn't sound to me like you need to lose weight!. Does your nutritionist think you need to lose weight!? I would lay off any grains!.!.!.such as the brown rice, if you want to lose more weight!. Brown rice actually does a bit of a number on your blood sugar and insulin which can make you gain weight!.!.!.the rest sounds okay to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop using the oil and check out the nutrition facts on the nuts!. Nuts are typically high in fat!. If you're only wanting to lose 4 pounds, you just need some exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a scientific fact that protein makes you feel full!.!. It's also good for your metabolism!.!. Maybe you should bring SOME in back to your diet!.!.!?

I think you're putting in too much olive oil - fat makes you eat MORE food!. Also, the carbs from rice is probably contributing to your weight gain!. Some nuts happen to be high in fat - such as walnuts!. You might want to do some research on the fat contents of specific nuts!.

Ever try lentils or soy products!? They can taste pretty good and can help you with your weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
