Answers:
Beans on toast has a lower GI and will make you feel full for longer than just bread!. White bread (toast or otherwise) has a fair bit of carbohydrate and digests fast!. This pushes your blood sugar up and makes you feel good for a short while but then falls again quickly!.

I have my carbs in the morning and at lunch when you will burn the energy (and when you need them to stop feeling tired and irritable)!.

To keep off the hungries late at night I go protein all the way!. Consider just the beans as a final meal, or something more protein based such as boiled egg, protein powder shake (small) or a small tin of tuna!. This fills you up for fewer calories!. Also, you are more likely to use the protein overnight as you sleep than the carbs, which are likely to be stored as fat!.

If you need some carbohydrate to get to sleep (some people do) try a half piece of fruit - such as a 1/2 banana in the shake or some grapes!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

keep the beans!. the white bread will turn into sugar and slow your weight loss!. by eating protein and fiber with the sugar (bread) you will slow the absorption of sugar to your blood stream!.

ps it doesn't matter when you eat, calories are calories they don't have a watch!. enjoy your snack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

White bread is a big no no!.!.!. it really is!. Toast is great!.!.!. even put a little marmite on too if you like that, but make it wholegrain/wholemeal or multi grain bread, not that empty, unhealthy white stuff!. Asda do healthier breads!. Make sure to have low calorie marg too if you are having that on it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
