Where can I keep a food diary?

I recently came from a month-long business trip with some extra “luggage.” I was very busy, ate junkfood most of the time, not to mention that my regular workout was history. Now I need to lose about 20 pounds, and fast! Can anyone recommend a website where I can keep a food diary or something like that? Thanks a lot!

You`ll probably be able to lose the 20 pounds over one month, but you may want to consider losing them over a couple months: the *healthy* rate of losing weight is about 2lb/wk; usually, what you lose over that, you end up putting back on. I’ve used for the last few months the diet and workout planner at www.projectweightloss.com and I’ve been happy with the results. I lost about 8 lbs in a month. You can choose your meals and see how many calories you eat every day. Also, they have nice weight charts that tell you the calorie limit you shouldn’t go over.
