I have been on Atkins for a month now with little result...What am I doing wrong!


Question: I have been on Atkins for a month now with little result!.!.!.What am I doing wrong!?
I have only had bacon and eggs for breakfast and a lamb steak with a small salad with bleu cheese dressing or a portion of broccoli in the evenings!. I have had great results from this diet in the past, but this time I am feeling weak and crampy and can barely make it up a flight of stairs regardless of added potassium, calcium and a general multi!. I have been stuck at 127 lbs!. for 2 weeks!.

I lost 55 lbs!. in a reasonable time the first time around with no weakness or wierdness!. The only thing I have done wrong is to drink is coffee and I chew some nicotine gum or skoal, whichever I can afford, but I did that last time too!.

It doesn't seem like you are eating enough!. You may be depriving your body of enough energy, so it's no coincidence you may be more tired!. Any calories you are eating may be stored as fat because your body is in starvation mode!. Try eating more vegetables and some more protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost 60lbs on Atkins a few years ago, IDK They do have a forum at the Atkins web site to help!. There are alot of people who have been on Atkins for year(maintenance) They would be a good place to start!. You can post what you are eating and they will let you know their opinion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you arnt exercising it stops working and thats with all diets and if you are exercising then you usually hit a platue when you diet!. At first you dont lose anything and then all of a sudden you drop 10 poundsWww@Answer-Health@Com
