Question: Why is it that the more I exercise the more weight I put on!?
I know muscles weigh more than fat, but when will I start losing weight!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your probably shifting weight around, gaining muscle here, losing fat there!. How long have you been working out!? Ignore the scale for a while and try taking different measurements at different body points (hips, waist, etc,) you might find you've been losing more than you think!. If not, just keep at it, your body will tend to plateau occasionally, don't let that discourage you!. It just means your body is getting used to the new you!. Hang in there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are too many factors to pinpoint exactly when and how quickly you will lose weight, but you've probably got at least part of the answer in your question!. The types of exercise you do influence weight loss greatly!. Weight training is important for toning and being muscular will help you out in the long run for keeping weight off, but it will not help you lose the weight properly on it's own!. You have to do a lot of cardio in combination with it!. Make sure you are doing at LEAST 30 minutes at a time of moderate to heavy cardio, such as running, biking, swimming, intense sports such as raquetball, etc!. Do this 4-5 days/week!. That will burn off the fat!.

Since I don't know anything about your current weight, body type/structure, body composition, or any of that good stuff, I can't say what weight range you should be in, but keep in mind that weight isn't the only measure of fitness!. A woman might look great at 150 d/t being fit and in great shape, while the same woman at 125 might look flabby d/t being out of shape!. I think you probably feel hungry after your aggressive exercise!. You certainly eat more than usual!. I am gaining weight for eating twice in MacDonald's regularly for five days a week!. Hong Kong is the most polluted city in this world!. After living in Hong Kong for so long, I am getting asthma, and minor heart problem!. My doctor advised me to eat less!. I am regret for not conform his good and honest advice!. I may die in MacDonald's some day as many oldies warned me before!. Can you be more specific in what your doing!? What type of excerising!? (weight lifting or cardio!?) How many times a week!? How long!? This all is assuming your diet hasn't changed much through when you either did minimal or no excerise to now that you do more excerise!.

have you changed that way you have been eating!? are you bulking up with your weights!? i do the firm workouts and the turbo jam workouts!. i love them because i use weights and i don't bulk up!i also workout 4 times a week!. new studies have proven that if you work out 3 times a week you get toned up but if you want to drop weight workout 4-6 times a week and you will drop weight and tone up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
