Sounds like you have a pretty great handle on what you should be doing!. Your meal plan sounds pretty great!.

Are you drinking lots of water!? You should be drinking AT LEAST 64oz a day!. Are you taking a multi-vitamin!? A multi-vitamin can provide your body with missing nutrients it needs to help you get your body in the ultimate fat burning state!.

I've been on Weight Watchers for months, and have found some really great recipes and meal ideas!. If you would like to know more about WW or what I've been eating, just drop me a line!.

Tuna is fine to eat, but you will get bored with it if it's the only thing you are eating!. If you like that kind of sandwich, they also sell canned chicken you can use in a chicken salad sandwich!.

Fruits are great, but veggies are very important too!. Try carrying around little baggies of baby carrots for snacking, and add a salad to your lunches and dinners!.

Here are some of my favorite meals:

Breakfast- Toasted English Muffin with 1/4 cup of egg substitute (Egg Beaters), 4 slices of lean deli ham!. Makes a great breakfast sandwich!. Water!.

Snack- High fiber yogurt such as FiberOne or Weight Watchers, a handful of almonds!. Blue Diamond has a line of toasted almonds that are slightly flavored!. The vanilla ones are amazing!. Water!.

Lunch- Spinach salad with chicken breast or sliced deli meat, peas, carrots, madarin oranges, almonds, green onions, hard-boiled egg, and light dressing!. Water!.

Snack- Fresh fruit cup, grapes, oranges, melon, strawberries, etc!. Water!.

Dinner- Baked potato, lean meat, small salad, green tea, and more water!.

If I am looking for a quick snack at the end of the night for dessert, I love Dairy Queens Fudge bars!. They are 50 calories, sugar free, fat free, high in fiber, and taste amazing!
