I need to get back into shape. help!?
i've gained like 5kg since last month. ! i need to shake off the extra weight asap! apart from watching what i eat. what else do i do? what excersise is the most effective? i like swimming and running. but i'm not too embrassed to wear a swimsuit. i'm 18. 52kg. does drinking more water make you feel fuller? and should i eat fruits before my proper meal? tips and advice everybody?

A good trick that I use is drinking a full glass of water before each meal. That way you eat less because the water makes you feel full.
Yes, drinking plenty of water and eating lots of fruits, vegetables, protein can help you shake off the weight. You also need to excercise daily. At least 30 minutes a day.
I've lost 21 pounds just by doing all those things.
