Question: Need to lose weight!!!!!?!?!?!? fast!?
ok heres the thing, i graduate from Highschool on the 21st!!! of may!!!! which is like 16 days! i weight like 190! and i'm 5'5" tall, i would like to lose about 30 pounds, but i know thats not going to happen! so how can a lose the most weight in that amount of time!?!?!?!? i'm willing to try about any thing!!!!! i've tryed to lose weight before but i just ganed it ALL [pluse some] back!!! so i need a diet that will be easy to work with, and have long lasting resultes!!!! thanks for all ur guys help!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suppose thats besides the point, eat healthy and lose weight in a non-starvatory method, drink lots of fluids and buy a gurdle at least a week before graduation to get used to it- seriously, my freind had one and it made her lose 20 pounds at least!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Umm theres these green tea pills at Walmart, that are 5-10 dollars!. And if you take those every day, you automatically lose 5 pounds a month at least, without even changing your diet!. I would also recommend drinking LOTS of water!. No sugar drinks!. And really no sugar period!. Sugar is worse than fat in a lot of ways!. Obviously eating healthy will help as well!. Run everyday and try not to eat more then three meals a day!. eat a lot of fruits and vegetables also I heard that eating avocado slims you down!. do like two hundred crunches a night trust me you'll see the weight drop right off!Www@Answer-Health@Com

no matter what, dont starve yourself!.

eat those protein bars <protein plus is best>
go to the gym at least 5times a week
and drink protein shakes, preferably homemade<get the powder stuff>

you can not loss such a huge amount of weight in this short time!. you should try to loss weight because of your some extra pounds!.

eat not more than 1200 calories a day!. try fresh fruit, juice, vegetables!. avoid potato, coconut, banana, beef, prawn or pork!.

are you doing any workout!? do you exercise!? you can try this!.


it is a 70-75 min workout plan!.

7-10min= stretching

15-20min= fly,Biceps Curl, Triceps Curl, Forward Arm Raise
(all these=30 repetations)

20-25min=Basic Crunch, Reverse Curl, Full Crunch, Squats, Rear Leg Lifts
(all these=30 repetations)

30min= yoga (try 6-8 postures, DO NOT forget to do the Corpse Pose after every pose)

doing yoga after 30 mins of walking or after any workout is really very very effective for loosing weight!.

if you are very busy and dont have much time to spend 75-80 min for working out then go for a 30min of walking and then do yoga!. it works really very fast!.
