How to be lean and cut instead of big and bulky?!


Question: How to be lean and cut instead of big and bulky!?
I'm a guy, 22 years old!. I've been working out for a few months and am starting to see the results now!. Just one thing I'm not clear on!.

I'm not interested in the bulky look, so what does a person need to do differently when working out to have the lean/athletic look!?

Do more cardio and reduce the weight and increase the repetitions in your workout!. The more moderate to long distance running you do, the stringier you'll look!.

Limit dairy and meat intake!. If you are big on cheese, milky cereal etc!. stick to skimmed milk and just drop the cheese right out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want lean muscle, then you should lift lighter weight!. Pick a weight you can do about 12 reps per set with, and just work out with that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
