Physically-I feel so competent!. I can run after the bus and not be red-faced! It's also very physically rewarding, feeling yourself being able to run faster, farther, longer, boosts self-esteem so much!.

Spiritually-I feel connected to my surroundings!. When I exercise it is just me with nature!. I am also a lot more in tuned with myself!.

Intellectually-It clears my mind so much! Science has showed that exercise helps IQ a lot! My grades have improved, and I've become a better student since I started running and doing yoga!.

Occupationally- I am easier to work with!. Before I got in shape I was a grump!. Now I feel good and that positive energy must affect people around me!.

Emotionally-For years I have been on anti-depressants!. I am almost to a point where I don't think my psychiatrist will prescribe them anymore! I have self-esteem for the first time in my life!. I feel good, happy, peaceful!.

Socially- Like I said before, people don't like being around a grump, they like to be around someone who will emanate positive energy!. I feel I want to go out more!. Low self-esteem made me stay in and mope!.

physically ~ I feel better directly afterward, but then realize I overdid it, because the next day, it hurts just to take a dump!.

spiritually~ I feel less connected spiritually because I excersize for the vain reason of trying to look hawt!.

intellectually~ It makes me feel more stupid, because I overdo it and starve myself!.

occupationally~ At first I work better, but once I get under 130lbs (I'm 5'9") then I feel really drained and "airheaded"!.

emotionally~ Less depressed =]

socially~ The hawter I look, the more jealous fat biotches are of me!. But dudes compliment me, so mixed social reaction!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Physically: I get these little sand christals all over my face!.

Spiritually: I feel more connected with the world!.

Intellectually: I can pretend to know what I am doing!.

Occupationally: Better than sitting at home with the missus!.

Emotionally: Better than sitting at home with the missus!.

Socially: Enables to relate to and understand the community of which I am a member of!. Plus, great parties in different houses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh, lets see -
U become physically fit as everybody knows!.
Spirituallt, i dont think so!.
U gather more kknowledge on diet and fitness!.
Socially, everybody praises new U!
reasearchers say that 20 mintues of regular exerices keep the hormones balanced which is y u feel less depressed and get good sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
