Is there an effective way to lose weight while still drinking alcohol?!

Question: Is there an effective way to lose weight while still drinking alcohol!?
When I started drinking I paid less attention to my diet and how healthy i was eating!. After a few months I gained 15 pounds!. I have tried to get the weight off with the atkins diet but it was very challenging for me and I wanted to try a diet that allowed me to get all my food groups in!. I am trying to eat healthy now, but i still drink!. I am not losing weight!. Is there an effective diet or work out routine I can adopt that still allows me to drink!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you would like to drink and maintain a healthy weight, you have to account for the calories coming in from your drinks!. Vodka is one of the lower calorie alcohols, and cutting down on high-calorie mixers can help you out!. A single 1!.5 ounce shot of vodka is approximately 100 calories, which for a normal sized female is about a mile of jogging to burn off!. If you want to drink, account for your alcohol intake!. Remember though, the side effects of waking up hungover in the morning can cause you to avoid the whole exercise thing!. Your best bet is to drink in moderation and always make sure you can keep track of exactly how much you have drunk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Even on the atkins diet, if you were still drinking, you were counteracting all your hard work!. Alcohol is full of carbs and sugars, which will always translate into fat!.
If you want to drink and still lose weight, drink dry red wine!.
Don't be fooled into thinking that drinking a diet coke and rum will work, because again, alcohol turns into sugar and carbs in your body!.
Wine is my only recommendation if you insist on drinking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its very likely that youre drinking is the problem with not being able to lose the weight!. The problem is that alcohol is packed full of sugar and carbs!. You should opt for alcohols that are low in these, that way your daily calorie count isnt affected too much by alcohol!. Also, people are ALOT more likely to pig out whilst drinking and after drinking so make sure you dont do that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alas, alcohol is very high in calories (most people don't think of it that way, but it's true)!. Cutting down on other foods while drinking to try and keep your weight down is a good way to get malnourished, thus it's not recommended!. The best thing would be to drink less, eat well, and exercise more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will lose weight from exercising and eating right, even if you drink alcohol!. You just won't lose as much while you're still drinking!.

If you're really serious about losing the pounds though, maybe go off it for a month- you should be pleasently surprised and maybe won't feel the need to drink as much afterwards!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anything that keeps your metabolism up is the way to go!. You'll be burning lots of calories, that way you can still eat and drink!.
But if your trying to get healthy I do not suggest you drinking alcohol!. Also make sure you are drinking light beer with low calories!. Here is a good diet that worked for me!.!.!. http://hotdealtracker!.com/!?p=14Www@Answer-Health@Com
