Question: What's the easiest way to flatten lower abdominal muscles!?
After having two kids, my lower abdomen isn't as flat as it used to be!. It's not huge by any stretch of the imagination, but it leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion!. Help please!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pilates is excellent for strengthening your core muscles! :) There are group classes at many gyms now, & a huge variety of DVDs!. I like Pilates for Dummies!.!.!. great for beginners!.

Often, the problem isn't with the ab muscles!. The muscles might be strong & fit, but if there is an overlay of fat, your tummy won't look the way you want it to!. Try burning fat; your ideal stomach may be lying underneath, just waiting to be revealed!

Strength training is great for burning fat (not just spot-training, but boosting overall metabolism & fat-burning), especially with a lil cardio, too!. And make sure to eat healthy!. Just stay away from OTC 'fat-burner' stuff, which is horrible for you, & mostly unproven & unregulated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
