Diets dont work for me?!?!?!?!


Question: Diets dont work for me!?!!?!!?!!?
i'm 14 and i know all the adults are going to tell me not to worry about my weight!.!.BUT I AM GONNA WORRY ABOUT IT!

i'm 5'3'' and 136-140 lbs!. and about a size 5/7 in hollister jeans, and a 4 in abercombie jeans is tight on me! and im a medium in shirts, a 3-7 in shorts, and a large in hoodies!!!

i think i am so fat, and my worst insecurity is my stomach because its like blob, and its kinda pouchy!. Also my boobs are big and i hate them because i think they make me look fatter!.

i really want to lose weight this summer and keep it off!. Last summer i went on a diet and lost 16 lbs!. and gained half of it back!!

i used to be a size 12 in womens clothes, and now im a 4/6 but i want to be a 1-2!.!.!.!.

no diets work for me!.!.!.what should i do!?!?
plz plz help!!

Adults think that if they tell a kid to lose weight, that the kid will take it to extremes and stop eating!. If you think that you need to lose some weight, the only smart way to do it, is to do it like an athelet would!. Eat healthy foods and exercise! Its that simple!. Don't eat junk food!. If you are in the mood for french fries, see if your mom will let you peel a potato, cut into 8 wedges, spray with Pam, bake at 400 for 20 minutes, salt!. They wont be as good as French fries, but they will be healthier than french fries!. Make healthy substitutions!. Eat a baked potatoe, but only add 1 T of butter!. Eat lots of veggies with every meal!. Eat grilled chicken, instead of fried, and season it!. Eat salad, add salad to a tupperware, add 2 T of dressing, shake it to coat!. A lot less dressing that way!. See my point!? Don't be concerned with size!. I just had the same experience with Express and a size 6 that was huge and a 4 that fit, both at the same place, same brand even! Clothing companies figure they can see more if they can make a size 8 fit into a size 6 or 4 even!. Just focus on how your body looks when you eat right and exercise!. Take a dance class!? 106 to 141 is a healthy weight for your height!. I would just keep an eye on your calories and keep them at about 1500 if you are pretty active!. I would also try to work out more!. Maybe you could go for walks or take up a sport at school :) Good luck, and stay healthy!. Don't become an eating disorder statistic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use calorie count!.com to track what I eat, which makes it easy to know if i'm eating healthy or not!. Sometimes we don't even realize what we're putting into our bodies! Its free, and theres a forum for questions like this one!.
