take it slowly my friend!. at first it will be difficult to be fit!. most likely you'll have a hard time with the exercises and the diet!. it could be the most difficult thing you'll ever have to go through but if you're unhappy right now, losing weight could be the best thing you'll ever do!.

of course ask your parents for some help!. go to a doctor and that person can advise you on what to do!. At this stage, I think you should use as much help as you can get!. if he says all you need to do is exercise, hire a trainer!. if you need someone to help your diet, get a nutritionist or a dietician to help you out!.

also don't be discouraged if you don't see results immediately!. based on my personal experience, results come from patience and dedication, not from the initial shock of exercise!. just set small goals!. you will not lose your weight overnight!. it will take time and commitment, so be ready for that!.

eat not more than 1200 calories a day!. try fresh fruit, juice, vegetables!. avoid potato, coconut, banana, beef, prawn or pork!.

it is a 70-75 min workout plan!.

7-10min= stretching

15-20min= fly,Biceps Curl, Triceps Curl, Forward Arm Raise
(all these=30 repetations)

20-25min=Basic Crunch, Reverse Curl, Full Crunch, Squats, Rear Leg Lifts
(all these=30 repetations)

30min= yoga (try 6-8 postures, DO NOT forget to do the Corpse Pose after every pose)

doing yoga after 30 mins of walking or after any workout is really very very effective for loosing weight!.

if you are very busy and dont have much time to spend 75-80 min for working out then go for a 30min of walking and then do yoga!. it works really very fast!.
