do i have to do body buildin to be able to have whey powder?

i believe so. the human body only needs about a fist-sized portion of meat each day. and if your adding whey protein to that, then you will be surplusing your bodies need for protein. if your body building then yes i would say go for it. but if your not, then i don't see a point for the extra whey protein.
one more thing i learned is that if you take too much protein, such as whey, then your stomach will not be used to the protein influx, and you will get huge stomach aches. for me i had gas problems and diarrea, but it varies. so be careful with how much you take.
