Toning exercises?

i'm happy with the size of my body, i just want to have a little more toned muscle all over my body. what are some good exercises to give me toning all over? how often should i do them?


Answers:

women will start showing abdominal muscles at 15% body fat. You will start seeing tone in the rest of your body at about 20% body fat. Resistance training is the best. If you like your size, then you need to choose a weight that you can do 3 sets of 8 to 12 repetitions on the muscle. I work main muscle groups first and finish off with secondary muscles. 4 days a week for about 30 minutes. Example: arm/back day. Shoulders/Ab day. Leg Day and maybe a couple of cardio days. Also remember to rest in between sets for a minute or so.
