If you are under the age of 18, they do have a right to tell your parents!. Now, if you are over the age of 18 the dentist doesn't have any right to let your parents even know that you were in for an appointment!. All doctors have to abide by what is called HEPPA!. It is a law stating that any personal (medical) information can not be given out to anyone unless permitted to do so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
They'll definitely be able to tell and they will probably confront you about it if you didn't write it down in your medical history!. If you are of age I don't think they will tell on you or anything like that, but definitely be prepared to answer the question are/where you bulimic!? and how come you didn't mark it down in your m edical history!.
There are other medical conditions that can hurt your teeth enamel the same way bulimia does, such as acid reflux, so a good dentist should be able to consider all of them before accusing you of having Bulimia, and/or letting someone else know about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are a minor, maybe!. It's up up the doctor!. If you are over 18 they can tell you!., and you only!. What you do with it after that is your own!.
Bulimia isn't diagnosed by teeth, it's a lot of things!. Be honest!.If you do it!. STOP!. You're killing yourself!. I know you don't want to hear that, but it's true!. It works "all great" in the beginning, but then it gets to be unable to tstop!. You need it everyday!. It becomes about the addicition of throwing up and not so much abou the weight!. if your under 18!. id say probably yea theyd tell your guardian cos its your health--but im not for sure!.
but ive also heard from several people that their denist didnt notice or at least mention it to them!.!.!.and it really depends on how often you make yourselff sick!.

If your bulimic you should probably tell someone yourself and get the help you need!. Its a serious thing and can really do alot of damage! Its nothing to be ashamed about, but you really should get some help!. Trust me!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
