I need serious help?!

I need serious help?

I need to loose 20lbs b4 September, i can't afford a gym membership or to b on a weight lost program.do any of u know/have an idea on how i can loose 20lbs, the healthy way. thank u.

eat 3 meals a day. dont skip breakfast!. instead of an unhealthy snack in between meals try some fruit or a healthy drink like vitamin water. instead of watching tv you should b walking...like through the mall!!:) and have smaller portions of bread- bread makes you gain some weight.
