Question: How much should i weigh to be healthy!?
hi, I'm a 16 year old boy with a height of 5'8 who has lost 16 pounds since the beginning of february, now i weigh 1601/2 pounds!.what is a healthy weight for me to be at, and how many pounds should i lose!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

According to your height and weight, your BMI (body mass index) is 24!.4

Here is a breakdown of the BMI

* Underweight = <18!.5
* Normal weight = 18!.5-24!.9
* Overweight = 25-29!.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

With that being said, you are at a healthy weight!. I would not worry about losing any more weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you feel healthy, and are active, don't worry about how much you weigh!. At 16 you're still growing, and need to be careful how you diet and not to overdo it exercising!. Weight's just a number and, many things can affect it, like the amount of muscle you have on you!. A more reliable number to go by is your body fat percentage!. I've included a link with more info!.

Ur ideal weight is 140 lbs!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.
