Question: A question about diet!? (while working out)!?
I love eating sweets and like many, I have a bit of a problem controlling my sugar intake!. I was wondering a little about foods that are sugar-free!. Are they okay to eat!? The main reason I ask is because I am starting a workout program soon and I know how big diet is in building a toned and fit body!. I have no problems with the workout itself, just with diet!. I have alot figured out, but I can't seem to figure out the sugar issue!. Does anyone know if it's okay to eat sugar-free "sweet" foods!? Does it depend on the food, like for example, some are worse to eat than others!? If you could be as specific as possible I would greatly appreciate it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
