basically cut out things that are high in calories per serving (read label carefully), sugars, sodium & bad carbs!. drink tons of water & exercise no less than 3 times a week!. you should do at least 30 minutes of cardio most days of the week followed by some calesthenics or weight lifting or both!. not everyone can start off with the 30 minutes of cardio right away so work yourself up to it!. make sure to rest when your body tells you to, but dont take too many days off because it can have adverse effects!. read "The Eat Clean Diet" book by Tosca Reno or some fitness mags!. (Oxygen, Women's Health, mind body spirit Fitness, etc!.) they often have recipies, exercise routines, q & a, and tips on living a healthy lifestyle!. good luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree that walking is a great way to start!. It's free and easy!. Then when you feel comfortable or need a challenge you can add hand weights !. Just go at your own pace, and take it one step at a time!. Sweets and soda (which are my weak spots) would be major things you should avoid!. And drink plenty of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best way to get fit is following healthy life style!. it consist of healthy eating, sufficient routine daily exercise and good quality sleep at night!.
