Am I the only who overate this weekend?!


Question:

Am I the only who overate this weekend?

Well.....this weekend was OUT OF CONTROL....You name it, I ate it. I know better and have done so well with my eating the last 4 months. But, this weekend, I had some hot, fresh, buttery popcorn at the movies and that is all she wrote........I feel soooo guilty! Did anyone else overdo it?????


Answers:

I over do it all the time,more so than one would think.The thing is,I also make sure i do something to rectify my over indulgences
