How can i increase my metabolism??!


Question: How can i increase my metabolism!?!?
Ok so about 2 or 3 months ago I was at 181 pounds!. And now, im at 137 pounds!. Yes I lost alot of weight!. Now the problem is, i need to put my metabolism to a high level so I cant get fat again!. Is there anything I can eat!? Anything I can do to increase it, so I can eat and not get fat!?!?!? My metabolism is low, and if I start eating regularly again, ill start gaining weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat small amounts every 3 hours!. this keeps your metabolism running all day long!. Also, resistance training is important as muscle has a high caloric demand and burns more calories than fat!.

Also, how many calories are you eating!? are you still eating the amount of calories you ate when you at 181 and lost 44 pounds!? If so, you are eating too many, now!. You are only 137 pounds, so if you are still eating the number of calories you were eating on your original diet, you are not going to lose weight!. You need to eat less, because you now weight less!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Increasing metabolism can be a tough task but if you run or even walk for 30 mins a day it can increase metabolism!. If you eat breakfast and break your standard three meals a day into eating smaller more frequent meals it should increase your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
