Question: Help!? I don't know what I should weigh!!?
I'm recovering from an eating disorder, and I'm having trouble maintaining my weight!. I've already gone from 90 to 95 by doctor's orders!. I'm 95 at 5'7" right now, and my doctor wants me to get to 100!. I was at 97 then I started to worry that I was going to just keep packing on the pounds and I lost it again!. I have a really messed up body image, so I wanted to hear other people's opinions on this - what can a 5'7", 17 year old female weigh and still look skinny!? My highest weight was 118 and I thought I looked really bad, so I don't want to weigh any more than that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest that you speak to your doctor about this!.!.!.

A healthy weight for your height is about 120 pounds at the minimum!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are 5'7" tall you should weight at LEAST 130!. Start working out in a gym and try to change your body image!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
