i havent jogged for bout a yr now, but i want to start again!. was wondering how long should i go for!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do a half mile 3-4 days for that one week!. maybe with a rest day in between!.

as far as you can go for about half an hour, then add 5 min every week until you feel comfy with yourt breathing pattern when you run and get to about 1 hour or 1hour and 30 at max for a daily jog !.!.!.

u dont have to get to an 1 and 30 min an hour is great!Www@Answer-Health@Com
