I think i ate good, do you?

What do you think??
Im trying to gain this is what i ate today will eating this have any results in weight gain? Is this a good and healthy way?
BREAKFAST
2 bowls of Cream of Wheat with 1/4 cup of 2% reduce fat milk, sweetened with splenda.
SNACK
protein shake and protein bar
LUNCH
2 tuna sandwiches made with 2 slices of honey wheat bread, and 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread, 1 can of tuna in water(6oz), and carrot sticks.
SNACK
3 cups of Fiber Plus Honey Clusters with 1 cup of 2% reduce fat milk.
DINNER
3 small potatoes boiled, carrots sticks, all wrapped in 2 96% fat free whole wheat tortillas. and a fruit and yogurt parfit
SNACK
Protein shake
Is this a good way to eat, and get my calories in? Will eat these types of food have result with fat, even if i lift weights and sit-ups and push-ups.

That looks like a pretty healthy and normal diet for any growing kid. But why the splenda? A spoonful or two of good ol' fashioned sugar is actually not terrible for you. The times people have to much sugar is mainly when they're having loads of candy and oft drinks, but a spoonful in your cereal won't hurt and might be better than the chemically processed artificial sweeteners. The fiber and protein in your diet looks good, but I think you should add in either more fruits and vegetables or a multivitamin. Perhaps add some berries and yogurt to your protein shakes.
