Question: Dont eat past 6 diet!?!?
has anyone every tryed this!? I got it from this japanese idol who lost weight by doing this!. It sounds reasonable!.!.!.!.Still get to eat atleast lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

yes, it does work!.!.!. very very well, with exercize and proper diet!. A nutritionist recommended it to me when I was larger a few years back!. I did the 'dont eat past 7 diet' in addition to walking a lot and exercizing often!. You have to stick to it! But I lost all the weight I wanted to, and I've kept it off for years!

And dont pig out before 7 because you know you cant eat past it!. Eat 5-6 small healthy meals a day!. You need to understand that just because you are on a 'diet' does not mean you can 'cheat' by eating crap!. eg-('Oh well, I'm on a diet, I've been doing well, so a bag of chips is ok'- if you do it once you will do it a lot)

also, just because food is 'healthy' doesnt mean you can eat more!. Measure out the serving sizes on the back when you diet!.

Another thing that worked for me was completely taking High Fructose Corn syrup out of my diet!.!.!. that means no soda or candy!. HFCS are horrible! read the label before you buy it!. Go to a natural food store (or online) to find tasty snacks that dont contain the nasty chemical!.

Also, stop eating red meat!.!.!. I"ve been just eating chicken and fish for about 7 years, and it's helped so much with maintaining my weight! Ground turkey makes an awesome taco meat!

My fave alternative to soda is carbonated 100% fruit juice!. And my favorite 'candy' is 100% organic fruit leathers!.

When it comes to diets, no one knows how to lose weight and keep it off as well as bodybuilders do!. So forget all this stuff your reading here and there and follow a real diet that works and you can stick to forever!.

5-6 small meals a day, your intake should consist of 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% good fats!.

You can keep messing around with these dumb diets that kinda work for some people and you cant stick to and when your ready to lose weight, come back and read this again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when u eat past 6, what happens is when u go to bed your stomach is still full, doesn't diggest well!. I have acid reflux, if I lye down with stomach full, I will feel miserable in the next day!. Do not eat meat at night either, it takes much longer to diggest than other foods, that's also an asian recommendation!. You will feel great, plus if you skip a meal definitely you will lose weight!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i didnt even know that was a diet!!!.!.thats what i currently do and it works!!.!.!.because after dinner during the time you watch tv u just eat without really knowing!.!.!.just for something to do!.!.!.but what i do is have a strict meal plan no sweets no sodas i only drink water and my meal a portioned meal btw!.!.!.but not eating after 6 is great cuz you have time to digest your food!.!.it worksWww@Answer-Health@Com
