Who is skinny fat?! HELP?!


Question: Who is skinny fat!?! HELP!?
I am skinny fat, who else is!? I need help from someone who knows this or is actually skinny fat too!
I am 5'9 and like 135 pounds!. I have an untoned stomach and side fat! i HATE IT!
if i just lost my stomach fat and inner thigh fat i'd feel soooooo much better!
What can i do!? and how long will it take!?
I KNOW i cant spot reduce!.!.i do cardio everyday!.!.how much should i do and what other exersices!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i WAS skinny fat but i ran alot and then i did every night SITUPS
just do about 3 sets of 12 sit ups!.!.(but only go up until your hand touch ur knees!.
and for thigh fat do leg raises also 12 sets of 3 is good to do this you sit on ur bed and lock ur knees and lift both lgs up till there almost make a 90 degree angle with ur stomach also do lunges and squats and if u want to go to the gym the leg press helps heaps to !.!.!.

Doing only cardio is a mistake a lot of people make!. Cardio is important, but strength training is just as, if not a bit more important!. You need to work each muscle group:

UPPER:
shoulders (deltoids)
Biceps
triceps
back (latissimus dorsi)

Lower:
ABS

legs:
Inner thigh
Outer thigh
calves
quads

Attached is a site that has some exercise ideas!. If you can go to a gym or health club and talk to a personal trainer (just for one session would be good!) and find out the proper way to do the exercises and how many reps and sets you should do, that would also be a good idea!. Generally, you should do 3 sets of 12 for your arms and 3 sets of 15 for your legs: work you way up to this!. Start with 1 or 2 sets!. If it's too easy, you need to either use more weight (resistance) or, do more reps!. If you don't fatigue the muscle group, you are not doing yourself any good!.

If you can't see a trainer, try a video or at least a web site!. It is so much better if you can have someone show you the proper way to do any exercise and to practice in front of a mirror so that you can see if you are in the proper position!. Many people see no benefit from exercise because they are doing it improperly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its good that you are doing cardio but you dont have to overdo it as weight isnt an issue for you now!.!.spend more time doing yoga/pilates and eat a well balanced diet!.!.everything should be fine soon!.!.!.good luck!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
