ok, lets say I make a gallon of tea (0 calories)!.!. then I put a cup of sugar in it!.!. how many calories would be in 1 cup (8 oz!.) of this really yummy sweet tea!?
I'm horribly addicted to it!.!. =P
and I'm curious what the damage is!.!.

1 Cup of sugar in that gallon has 800 calories!.
