How can you lose 3-4lbs fast?!


Question: How can you lose 3-4lbs fast!?
I am 5 ft, 6 1/2 in!. tall!. I weigh 123 or 124lbs!. I want to lose 3 or 4 lbs maybe in the next week and a half!? How can I do this!?
I was wondering if I got a jump rope, and a hullahoop, and did those for like 30 minutes a day, how fast could I lose 3 or 4 lbs!? Cus jumprope is good cardio, and hullahoop will help me lose my sides, right!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay you'll loose a pound a day if you do this!.!.!. run 20 min!. a day wont kill ya
6 servings!. rice,bread,cereal,pasta!. i measure by cups!. so pick 6 different ones or you could eat 3 cups of rice and 3 cups of cereal (make sense)
3-5 of veggies carrots, brocolie etc!.
2-3 of fruit one banana for breakfast a apple for lunch and if you feel hungry eat some strawberries or your choice of fruit!.
2-3 fish meat beans nuts for the meat and fish i do 6-8oz!. weigh it
2-3 dairy products milk,cheese, yogurt

so thats all you can eat in one day!.!.!.!.
breakfast: 1 cup of cereal and milkbanana and half a cup of fruit juice
(there you have used 1 serv!. bread,grains,starches and two fruit and 1 serv!. of dairy)
snack granola bar (2nd serv!. of bread grain starches)
snack yogurt (2nd serv!. of dairy)
lunch sandwhich with lettuce tomato and your turkey or ham
(the two slices of bread count as 2 servings of grains
so far 3serv!. of grains,bread,starches tomato and lettuce 2 serv!. of veggie )
10 saltine crackers (1serving!. of grains,bread starches)
snack apple
snack cheese stick
dinner
meat(6-8oz and your done with protein for the day) rice (4th serving you still have 2 more things you can eat another granola bar and a slice of bread with a little bit of butter) serving vegetables (3rd serving so your done with the vegtables for the day)(grilled chicken and fish is better but you still need to get your protein from red meat so switch it up everyother day)


and remember 8 cups of water a day no matter what!.!.!.!.
if you really want to loose weight do this!.!.!.!.
and this really isnt a diet its what you should be eating so dont think of it as a diet keep a chart and draw a tally mark each time you eat something in the correct spot

You know the water diet it will do and it salad in launch no chese nothing exept milk and salad or water diet you also kniw eat two meals in day breakfast and lunch only and fish bolti only and no sugar in milk!!!!
and you lose every week 3or4 ibs !.

go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7 p!.m!.

Drink about a gallon of water for two days and you should lose approximately five pounds in water weight!. Also excercise and cut out sugar and carbs for those days!. Probably not very healthy but you will lose weight fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

muscle weights more then fat, so if you litarally want to lose weight then simply eat healthy and only until the hunger pains go away!. If you are looking for a tighter body then I recommend doing all those things and eating healthy!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

working out takes time, but definately eat right and exercise to keep yourself healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
