Answers:
Your heart is pumping out blood at a higher rate - and the little capillaries in your fingers can't keep up to put the pumped blood back into the veins!. It should reduce fairly quickly, especially if you are properly hydrated!. I'm getting ready to go for a run now; I expect "sausage fingers" myself, within the hour!Www@Answer-Health@Com

poor circulation causes your fingers to swell, but its pretty normal, so don't be alarmed!. drink more water and make sure to do a proper cool down and stretch, after a few weeks of exercise, the swelling will be less noticeable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is the blood flow, your heart beats alot faster when your jogging there for pumping out greater amounts of blood, lots of water, deep breathing will bring the swelling down shortly after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Increased blood-flow!. Hot weather will do it too!. Most people go up a 1/2 to a whole ring size in the summer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
