I'm 14,and i wanna know if I'm old enough to have those men's protein powder things that you can at GNC

well i'm playing football this year and i'm kinda skinny,and i want to know if it will be okay if i got those protein powder for men things you can get at GNC,like is there an age limit for those things because,i don't want anything bad to happen to me if i take it,like stay short and yeah,if theres any other healthy things i could take let me know ok................

well my brother takes "whey protein" which is powder, & he's 16. Sometimes he'll put them in milkshakes & i'll try it, so you're old enough! You can also get whey protein for $20 @ GNC or the same brand for $10 @ Walmart!
