celery,carrots, broccoli and most of those veggies i don't really like them but i don't mind things like wheat bread, non fat milk, and other stuff like fruits!. and i heard white rice isn't healthy what if its white but i change the color when i cook it!. I'm trying to lose my stomach and have slimmer arms and i'm not trying to be built so i just wanna eat healthy and do a couple of situps!. i'm satisfied with my bottom area i just wanna lose my upper body and im not into the whole gym thing i prefer to do some exercises at home and eat right!. Will that help!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and what kind of healthy foods behind what i stated above that i don't like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't lose weight in just one area and not in others!. When you lose weight you lose it all over!. Sit ups will tone your stomach muscles, but unless you lose the layer of fat that covers them they won't be visible!.

You want to avoid refined sugars like white rice, white bread etc!. Try eating complex carbohydrates, like whole grains, fruits and veggies!. These stabilize your blood sugar and give you long lasting energy!.
Other healthy things to eat are lean protein low fat dairy and good fats!.

No white rice is not as good for you as other choices!. Try to stay away from anything that is white!. Generally these substances produce a large amount of sugars in your body!. Changing the color of it would make no difference!. You may try a wheat form of the rice to aid you in losing weight!. as far as losing weight you should look at monitoring you calories!. I really like brown and wild rice!. Regardless of how you cook it, white rice is still white rice!. The brown and wild mixture has a great flavor!. I buy the Uncle Ben's kind that you can just pop in the microwave!.

Here are some other healthy things you may like:
-Turkey sandwich on wheat bread
-Grilled lean hamburger or turkey burger on wheat bread
-Salad with a light dressing and bits of chicken
-Healthy pizza (whole grain tortilla with melted cheese over a little sauce)
-Low calorie soup
-Fat free yogurt
-Fruit smoothie (put some fat free milk and fruit in a blender)
-Rotisserie chicken, grilled chicken, baked chicken
-Low fat string cheese
-Baby carrots with low fat ranch

A good cereal should have fiber in it and protein!. I really like Kashi Go Lean Crunch and the South Beach Diet cereals!. Just stick with one that isn't overly sugary and try to get one with lots of good vitamins and nutrients!.

I don't care for a lot of veggies, so I stick with the few I enjoy!. I love salads with a good light dressing with meat in it and extra chopped tomatoes!. Don't force yourself to eat things you hate or you won't be happy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

How about raw veggies!? Have you tried vegetables that are -quickly cooked rather than over cooked!? I found that I like my vegetables to still be crunchy and not overcooked!. For example, broccoli is good when you cook it in boiling water for about a minute and then blanch them in cool water keeping the bright green color!.
Other vegies to try: green beans, bell peppers (red & yellow are good raw), spinach, tomatoes (the grape sized ones are handy), cucumbers, zucchini, yellow squash, etc!.

White rice is still the same type of rice even if you change the color when you cook it!. If you really like rice, eat some but keep the amount small!. You could try brown rice (I've tried it, but didn't really care for it)!.

Of course exercising helps! Keep exercising!. Targeting specific areas is not entirely possible!. Just do some cardio and balance it with sculpting ever other day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
