if i do some cardio and eat healthy how long will it take till i start seeing some results i'm trying to lose some weight on my upper body like flatten my gutt and slim down my arms, i downloaded some cardio video from my computer and i'm planning on doing some of the exercises on there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If u really wanna see results, you'll need to do more than just some cardio!. I've been lifting weights for all areas of my arms!. about 150 Crunches on the abs machine!. 20mins of jogging on treadmill and 3km cycling and some rowing and i'm seeing some results!.!.!.!.it's been 2 months!. My weight remains constant tho, because i gained muscle and it'll take awhile before it eats up the fat!. I eat very healthy too, like subway sandwiches and veges!. THE THING IS DONT GIVE UP!!! Whatever you do, nix the saran wrap!. It will make you overheat and you could get very ill!. You might shed some water but you won't lose fat this way!.

Cardio and healthy eating are essential but work in some weight or resistance training as well!. Tricep dips and bicep curls will help your arms, do a range of ab exercises for your stomach!. Push ups are great too!.

If you can afford it do a few sessions with a personal trainer - they will steer you in the right direction and give you loads of ideas!.

Truth be told as of today since I went to the hospital all because of my irregular heart beats which is called Palpitations most time when we stay away from junk food like chocolate or cut back on smoking & drinking & reduce your stress levels to like yoga or meditations!.!.!.Take your time is the 1st & foremost thing of all!.

No pain no gain is the essence of losing weight & tonning up them muscles you haven't used or strengthen in awhile!.Oh yeah, & for the record sex is an cardio recreation activity behind closed doors as well due to some stretching & muscles toning in the legs & thighs & so forth!.However beside that the best way to lose ya gut in doing some ab crunches slowly at 1st & less reps so don't over do it ok stick to being a beginner for the 1st two weeks ok!.To see results eat right & do them exercises 3 to 4 times a week on different sections of your body & not all in one time ok!.

All weights do not make you muscly!.!. You can do weights (light and higher reps) & it will help you get to where you want quicker & just be stronger!. I would reccomend this!.
And you do need specific ab exercises to really target your abs!.!. not just cardio!. The weights and maybe row machine would be good for your arms!. At 1 month you should see good positive change if you are using and effective plan steadily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Heres the deal: spot reduction is not possible!. But once your body reaches a toned, ideal shape, it wont burn more and you will be in proportion!.

So yes Cardio is the way to go but alternate ie cross train!.!.!. Use weights 3 times a week, do ab crunches on the days you don't do weights and make sure you give one whole day for rest!.

Also make sure you wear the right kind of footwear and do the cardio thats suited to your fitness level!. Stretch well before and after cardio!.

Yoga is great! I do it on alternate days when I don't run!. it helps me relax and causes absolutely no strains or injury!. However with yoga you haev to be really patient with weight loss results but what you will see happen soon is greater flexibility and balance!. It also helps you develop a strong core!.
I would also recommend pilates!. The pilates for dummies video guide is pretty helpful to!.

However if you want the quickest results without any possible injuries, Swimming is for you!. You can burn upto 500 calories an hour (thats about as high as it gets) different strokes like the breast stroke can help u build better muscles on your chest and arms!.

Whatever you try make sure you take reasonable safety precautions and stick to your plan!.
