Healthy weight loss will take some gradual time!. This may not be popular or the answer you want to hear, but the faster you lose weight the more likely you are to put it back on!. It sounds like you have an excercise regimen worked out!. The next step is to include your diet!. Eat plenty of foods that are alive; like lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers etc!. Fill yourself up on a salad prior to eating any meal!. Drink plenty of water before each meal!. Also check with your Doctor to make sure you are within your Body Mass Index for the weight goal you have set!. If you look thinner and your clothes are looser, then what's the problem!? Why care about the number on the scale when you yourself said that you know it's due to the weight of extra muscle, not fat!.

The reason people try to lose "weight" is because they want to be thinner!. Well, it sounds like you are thinner, so you've accomplished your goal!. If the extra muscle is causing the number on the scale to be higher, who cares!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you're burning fat, you're good!. Gaining muscle weight is a good thing!. You're building your strength and improving your health!. What really matters is your body fat percentage not so much your weight!. You may weigh more because of the muscle gain, but you've burned fat, which is a good thing!.

And as a side note, the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

muscle weighs more than fat!. if you're putting on muscle tone, you won't lose on the scale but weight is just a number, it's about being healthy and toned! i've always weighed more than other people because i was very athletic and for years i hated it but you just need to embrace it! i have and i'm much happier because i realized weight really is just a number! best wishesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try green tea extract pills from GNC!. They help curve your appetite, and they also contain anti-oxidants which are really good for your body!. My boyfriend uses them, and they worked very well for him!. In fact, his dad bought some after seeing his results!. I also told a few co-workers about them, and they are having success as well!. They seem to work rather well!.

I believe they're about $10 for either 60 or 90 pills!. I can't remember exactly how many!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

After you work out, sit in a sauna for 30 mins or so, and flush out your system by taking the vitamin "selenium"!. If you retain water weight, take a diuretic every few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your gaining weight because your gaining muscle and getting thinner at the same time!.That weight you've gained is muscle!. You can't lose weight and gain muscle at the same time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I went to the gym to lose weight - everyday!. I didn't lose anything at all for a whole month or more - because the amount I was losing from dieting, I was gaining in muscle from the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

muscle weighs more than fat!. I would walk everyday 5 miles, and skip the runningWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest a cleansing diet!. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month!. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins!. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things!. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body!. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body!. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked!. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow!. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast!. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website!. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better!. If the weight your gaining is muscle I wouldn't worry about it!. The best check for your goals is how you look and feel, not the scale!. What do some arbitrary numbers mean!? They're nothing more than a measurement of gravity's pull on you!. Make your goal to look and feel better!.

You can't gain muscle and lose weight unless you're losing a LOT of fat because muscle weighs more than fat does (considering lumps of the same size, muscle is actually more DENSE, not heavier)!.

If you want to stop gaining muscle, NOT LOOK AS GOOD, and lose WEIGHT (not fat) cut out protein from your diet so your body can't resynthesize muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle weighs more than fat so you are probably losing fat, but gaining muscle!. I did this last year - worked for me!. I worked out about 15-20 mins every day - ok, maybe not on Sunday!. I have one of those ab chairs, a ball, pilates bands, 3 lb hand weights!. I did different things every day - a little pilates, the ab machine, exercises on the ball (you can get all kinds of exercises online), etc!. It worked but it took a while, plus I wasn't starving myself either - eating right but if I wanted an ice cream with the kids, I had an ice cream!. By summer, I looked pretty good - my abs could have looked better but having twins at age 39 - well, let's just say I doubt I'll ever have a flat stomach again!.

keep it up - it will work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle weighs more than fat so yes by running you are adding muscle, don't worry about weight, your body composition is more important!. But if you really think you need to lose fat then try eating 4 to 5 small meals a day with some healthy snacks in between especially if you are working out because your body needs fuel!. If you don't give your body enough food (fuel) it will keep the fat and get rid of muscle!. When your body tells you that you are hungry you eat, slow your eating down and chew your food really good until you feel fool then stop eating and save leftovers for later!. When eating slower you will get full faster!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
