I need SERIOUS Help!?!


Question: I need SERIOUS Help!!?
So i've been trying to diet for summer, and its not working at all!
i drink probably about 4 litres on average of water a day!.!.!.
and at least 1 cup of green tea, but i either GAIN weight or stay the same! I'm getting sooo frustrated! what am i doing wrong!?
I go to the gym once in a while, and it's not like i eat TERRIBLE mostly fruits and vegetables!. It's depressing really!.!.!.what can I do to lose weight by july!!? I have a family trip
pleeaaase help!

drinking water is great, and green tea is good for you, but it's not necessarily going to help you trim down!.
if you want to tone up for summer, stick with the veggies but go lighter on the fruits!. fruits are very high in sugar and packed with calories!. stick with veggies, whole grains, and healthy sources of protein like tofu, beans, or lean meats!. however, exercise here really is the key!. if you really want to shed a couple pounds, you gotta work it off, girl!. i'm not saying you should overwork yourself, but going to the gym once in a while isn't going to get you the results you want!. think about what 5 days a week could do! that's the only way you'll get the results you want as quickly as you want them!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might want to start counting your calories!. What you're eating might not look bad now, but if you add all of them together, I'm guessing it won't be a pretty picture!. You will also want to change that "go to the gym once in a while" to going to the gym on a regular basis!. Try lifting light weights 4 times a week, and doing cardio about 5 times a week!. I have the same problem, im not fat but I need improvement like you and I get this way!.

But you know, I was stuck not being able to lose weight just like you no matter how much I excercised and ate less!. And later I started to eat more, and why after that I dropped weight!? Because my metabolism was too slow!. Thats the reason why your not losing weight!. Try adding more to your diet as in healthy food!. well first of all i wouldnt worry about being fat if you arent like oversized like hevier than most ppl

well i just wanted to say is that my friend has been going on a diet and she has lost 4 pounds from drinking water eating salads and stuff but don't worry about weight even if eating salads or whatever doesnt work than thats how your body is and thats 1 small part why every1 is different

trust me, do 50 wall push ups/day, and hold your stomach in but be sure to breathe (in through nose, out trough mouth) while doing them!. Once you start doing it it will become routine, and you will feel much stronger/better and more capable of doing things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

what i tried is no dairy diet it really helps
or no suger
and going to the gym sometimes is not good go 2 or 3 times a week or take up dancing or something you enjoy!.
