Is it bad to eat before you sleep?!


Question: Is it bad to eat before you sleep!?
i always get so tired after i eat but ive heard it is bad for your body since it cant digest!. is that true!? what if i just lay down or take a nap after i eat, is that bad too!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can be discomforting to eat before going to be because your digestive system won't stop working just 'cause you're sleeping as it result, your heart will probably beat as if you were awake when you're trying to sleep because the digestive system is trying to process what you just ate!. It would be best to just eat at least hours before going to bed, that way it gives your system enough time process that food, once is slowly moving thru your intestines, you'll be able to sleep better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not sure about naps but it is very good if you want to gain muscle!. Eating chicken or casein protein before you sleep allows you to gain a few pounds of muscle in a week!. Why!? Because chicken and casein protein digest very slowly and during that long period of sleep its like youre eating something in youre sleep so youre muscle doesn't get all wore out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you eat, then go lay down or go to sleep, it's not too good for you!. The food is just laying there on your stomach, which causes massive weight gain!.

well its a good idea to stop eating 3 hours before your sleep to give your system a chance to digest, but its all relative, if u have barely eating anything all day and eat before u go to bed its not bad!. perhaps go lie down and watch some tv after u eat for a half and hour then make sure to get up and be active!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it isn't bad for you, it's just harder to lose the weight because you're going right to bed!. i think they say that you're supposed to stop eating three hours before bedtime!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not bad to eat before you sleep!. Your body will digest just fine!. Most wild animals and even domesticated ones sleep after they eat!. Humans are the same way!. Don't worry and go take your nap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

some say don't eat before sleeping, but others say as long as you don't overeat, it's OK!. the food can digest just fine whether you're asleep or awake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
