If your excersising and eating correctly, then your body is obviously meant to be this way!. While your a teenager, its important to know that your body is at a state of change!.

So basically, since your body's still changing, as long as you eat well and excersise, you have to trust your body to know what its doing!. Dont do anything like cut out carbs or anything, you need all those nutrients!

As your body matures more, you'll probably shed that weight, but for now, you'll have to let your body go through its changes before trying anything drastic like dieting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea you should eat healthy and nutritious food, because you are still growing!. I don't recommend you to be on diet, coz it'll effect your growth, just eat less carbohydrates and more proteins!. Remember to burn whatever you take in!.
