Question: How long will it take to lose my beergut by just jogging every morning!?

It really depends on 3 things:

1) Your diet: you don't have to go on crazy diets!.!.!.!.!.eventually 99!.3% fail!. Just low fat/carb, high protein!.

2) Your Lifetyle: Easy on the bars and hard on the gym!. Basically, if you do aerobic exercises 4-5 times a week for 30-60 min!. time will do you justice

3) Metabolism: Not much you can do about this!. If your metabolism decids it wants to speed up since you are now excercising, then you will burn all that fat!. Though, if there isn't much change in your metabolism, all is not lost!. Work on #1 & 2 and you will see the results!.

The SECRET is persistance and time!!!

pretty much if ur gonna jog and want quick results you need like at least 3 miles a day and you cant blow it by eating tons of big macs you want to speed up ur metabolism by eating low calorie foods like 5 times a day small meals and dont forget breakfast it will slow ur metabolism down if you do it will probably take a good 4 months to see a huge difference thats how long it took me a few years ago to actually get in shape!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if the beergut is from drinking beer!.!.!.!.!.you probably have taught your body to retain fluids!.!.!.!.!.if you can, reduce your beer intake, as well as jogging!.!.!.!.!.
If your belly is from, your love of food!.!.!.!.then you must change up your intake of food!.!.!.!.that does not mean, going hungry, just fill up on low-cal food, before attacking the meat and potatoes!.!.!.!.!.simple!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat correctly cut out the fats in your diet and smaller portions more ofter!. you have to fuel the furnace!. just jogging isn't going to cut it!. you will feel better no doubt but still have that beer gut!. You need to lay down and do the crunches to work all that fat off!.
But if you just exercise and eat to feel better and be healthier than don't worry about that left over paunch!.

It really depends on how hard you are working on these jogs and what your diet is!. If you are eating healthy and really pushing yourself, then it shouldn't take too long!. it also depends on how much of a beer belly you have, though! But it is possible to get rid of its just going to take time, so stick with it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to stop drinking beer for a while - cut it out and it will go with normal varied healthish eating and exercise!.

Then when you reintroduce beer try not to morph back into a total beer monster and maintain or increase exercise to combat it coming back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jogging with weights in your hands adds to the calories burned!. It may take a while to loose it all, but thats what you have to keep in mind!. Just take it little by little and you will loose it all!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah start the jogging and stop the drinking - might take a month or two before you see any difference though - also, rice cakes are good when you`re peckish!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat more veggies and seafood, and less red meat and sweets!. Also, of course, limit your consumption of beer and other alcoholic beverages!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might want to do some sit ups and ab crunches them really work the core jogging can help but I would focus on the crunches and sit ups if your trying to get the beer gut gone more sooner then later!.!.!. keep enjoying that beer tho lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
