Question: Healthy way to lose weight for an 14 year old!?
Info about me: I'm 5'5 feet and weigh 160 ibs!. I'm the most fat around my thighs!. I have been eating lots of fruits and vegatables, salmon, chicken, tuna and drinking lots of water!. I exercise 1 hour 4-5 days a week, and I have one cheat meal a week and I also eat 4-5 meals a day!. i have also disabled myself from eating meat, pasta, rice, candy, junkfood and drinking milk!. Now, I've been getting these horrible head aches and I'm sure it's got something to do with my diet being way too unhealthy!. I want to lose weight and fast (I've lost about 9 ibs these last three w

It sounds like your new diet is pretty healthy!. Just be sure to be eating 5 servings each of veggies and fruits a day!. Have protein (be it white meat, red meat, seafood or vegetaran protein!.!.tofu, beans) with every meal and stay away from fried foods and/or high fat high calorie foods!. Congrats on the new life style change!.
The reason people who lose weight fast don't keep it off is because they think of it as a diet!. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to make it a lifestyle!. Think about it, if you eat really healthy for a month and then go back to eating junk food, where is that extra calories going to show up!? Back on you!.
It is great that you have started so early in taking care of your body!. Don't count out milk entirely!. If you don't mind the taste difference drink skim!. The headaches could be that your missing some important nutrients or are eating too low of a calorie diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
