Which would be more accurate?!


Question: Which would be more accurate!?
I am trying to lose weight in the stomach, butt, and thighs!. Which shoul I do, a bmi, or a measuremant of those areas!? I'm 5'2 and 145!. My bmi is slightly overweight, but my doctor said that since muscle weighs more then fat, I should measure my areas with a tape measurer!. Also, how much do you think I would need to lose!? I guess I should add a pic since we all have different body builds!?

you need cardio!. do the cardio everyday for 30 to 45 min and one more thing don't start right away first do some warmup for 15 to 20 min then 30 min cardio it will help and you will see the diffrence very soonWww@Answer-Health@Com
