You can't lose fat in targeted areas, that's a myth!. There are many body types and people carry extra weight in different parts of the body!. If you reduce your overall body fat, it will shrink in the areas you mentioned so diet and exercise will give you the results you want!. Weight lifting is a one of the faster ways to burn calories/fat and add muscle, and since muscle tissue burns more calories even when you're resting it's effective!.

If you want your thighs and stomach to look leaner then don't do as much work in those areas since building muscle before any fat there is gone will make the area look bigger!. In the case of your glutes, there is a lot of muscle there so work in that area can offset the change from losing fat!.

Your body will lose fat in a pattern that is unique to you!. You might have DNA that tells your body to hold on to weight around your thighs, but to lose it around your bust quickly (like mine)!. What your body burns off will vary and will change as you go along!. A few years ago, I lost about 85 lbs!. My body shed belly fat, then hips and legs, butt, belly, legs, then finally arms, belly, butt, legs, and just when I thought I would be able to keep my boobs a nice size C, my body burned that off, too, plunging my cup size down a couple notches!. It's different for everyone!.

Just as each person burns fat in a different patter, each person puts on muscle in a different way!. My body builds leg muscles very easily--doesn't take much before I am seeing results and I will tend to build muscle in hips, butt, thighs, very easily actually making me kind of bulky down there!. But my body also refuses to build good arm and shoulder muscles it seems!. Sometimes people blame fat when it's really muscle making a particular area look bigger!. If you tend to put on more muscle in your thighs, then try to lessen workouts to that area and really make your upper body work like crazy--etc!. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.
