Exercise verses time in a day, advice needed?!
Question: Exercise verses time in a day, advice needed!?
OK so I exercise every day, weights and cardio, but I work 9 hour days and now the weather is just breaking and I have a lot of out door choirs I need to get done, like tilling my garden, mowing the lawn, weed wacking, my question is, will substituting yard work for exercise still give me a good work out or will it put me back to day 1 of exercise!? I don't want to do this every day but I think I may get exhausted if I try to do both, plus I will be fighting day light!. Should I just do some cardio inside then do yard work, all my exercise plus yard work, or will the yard work suffice, say about 3 days a week!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd substitute the cardio for yard work if you make it hard work!. But just keep the weights and lunges and crunches and you'll be fine!. Girls really don't need muscle so focus on the important stuff!. triceps stomach and legs!. You can email me if you need any workouts i used to work at a gym so i know quite a few!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yard work is DEFINATELY good exercise!. If you start sweating and get tired, you're exercising!. Mowing a lawn and weeding burns a lot of calories per hour!. It is good to take a day off when you do yard work to rest your body!. Just know that it DOES count as a day at the gym!.

Yard work is not an acceptable substitute for exercise!. If you have been working out, adding outside yard work should not make you overly exhausted!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
