Good question!.
You'll burn about 600-700 cals/hour running, about 400 cycling at moderate speed (12 mph), 700 at high speed (18 mph!.)
Running is harder on the joints than cycling!.
But, the most beneficial is the one you enjoy the most, as that's the one you're most likely to stick with!. If you find you like both, then you've got it made!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'd say it is best to do both!. A!. so you don't get bored with one thing!. and B!. so that you don't reach a "plateau" in your workout routine!. however, if you have knee problems like me, i would for sure go with the biking!. if you really like biking, check out a spinning class! they are very fun and very challenging!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Running will burn more calories and help you to lose more weight!. But if you have joint issues or endurance problems I would bike ride for an hour and fifteen per day to build up your endurance!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
running because you have to work harder!. You cant stop while running but while bike riding you can stop your legs and the bike will still moveWww@Answer-Health@Com
The bike riding would do less damage to your body!. Running his high impact!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i read that riding a bike on an even plane only burns about 1/4 of what you would do running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
