How to lose wieght?

I am gaining wieght science 3 months. I'm worried about. I don't even eat oily things, I stopped eating these 2years back because of my pimples and oily skin. I cannot make out what is causing me to gain weight. Please can some help me in suggesting how to lose weight quickly without going to gym. I am doing regular exersise.

He do'nt go any where just calm down yar it's OK na you we belong to healthy family so obviously we will be healthy. If you want to loos yourself just care about few things and include some essential in your life use lime water in Early morning you cane take lime tea. Try to eat boiled veg and avoid to eat sweets,sugar and rice take samosa chawmeen occasionally. And the most important is leave your laziness try to walk up early in morning and go to morning walk you will be as slim as Aswarya and as beautifull as Rekha OK just try to do it.
