Question: Somewhat complicated, for me atleast!. WEIGHT HELP :D!?
i'm trying so desperatley to loose weight currently i weight 146 and i'm 5'10 ish!.
and i'm trying to diet but it never works because i need to buy food when my tummy rumbles, because that's OH so embarassing!. what can i eat that'll fill me up fast!?
i have a flat tummy but HUGEEE love handles, or a like a muffin top even when i'm not wearing tight jeans!. any excercises for that!?

to get rid of the love handles good exercises are sit ups and crunches!. as for the tummy rumblings shoot for water!. carry a water bottle around and fill it up whenever you see a fountain!. it will curb your cravings like you'd never believe and it is very healthy for you!. be warned though you'll be peeing a whole lot

Great Question! Well there are various ways to lose weight in a sensable and healthy manner!. Exercise, Eat Healthy, Drink plenty of water and be consistant (daily)!. There are also herbal 'remedies' that promote weight loss, weight control and healthy metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your weight isn't even that high, given you are so tall!. You need exercise, not weight loss!. Weight loss wont necessarily lose that fat, but specific exercises will!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
